To our valued Patients:
As you are no doubt aware, the COVID-19 virus is having a significant impact on many communities around the country. Our leadership team, doctors, and staff have been closely monitoring the situation – including the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health organizations.
We have developed a proactive response plan that takes steps to ensure that we help protect the health and safety of our staff, patients and customers. We’d like to update you on a few of these precautions:
- Your Appointment - At this time, there is no disruption in our schedule and we look forward to serving you at your next appointment.
- Your Appointment - To help us slow down the spread of this virus in our community, we are limiting the number of people allowed into our clinic. At this time, we ask that patients come alone. If necessary, we will allow 1 additional immediate family member or accompanying visitor. If you are having a procedure that requires a driver, we ask that your driver wait either in the car or in the main lobby of the building.
- Screening - The ongoing safety of our patients, staff and community remains our top concern. To that end, you will receive a phone call for screening prior to your visit. This will include a brief screening survey. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
- Enhanced Cleanliness - Our standard cleaning procedures have always used EPA-certified cleansers and disinfectants to maintain the cleanliness of our offices and equipment. But, in this new situation, we have implemented incremental cleaning protocols to increase the frequency of cleaning (common surfaces, handwashing & disinfecting, gowns/mask as needed, etc) to help ensure we minimize the risk of any transmission of germs or viruses. Your health and safety are very important to us.
We remain open to serve. We plan to remain open during our normal hours of operation and will notify you if there are any changes. Thank you for your trust in us during these challenging times. We will send updates as the situation evolves.
