How it works

Targeted Pain Control

Spinal Cord Stimulation uses mild electrical pulses that stimulate the spinal nerves to block or interrupt pain signals sent to the brain. A small battery-powered device is implanted under the skin and transmits an electrical current to small wires that are placed behind the spinal cord.

Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial

The trial period is from three to seven days, depending on adjustments to tailor the HF10^® Spinal Cord Stimulator to the patient’s needs and to determine if it is right for the patient.
